What is check in & check out times?

We welcome our guests from 3pm on the day of arrival, and our usual check-out time is 10am. However, late checkouts are available upon request, subject to availability.

What is the cancellation policy?

We value each and every one of our guests, and we understand that life can be unpredictable. As a small family business, managing cancellations is crucial to our operations, but we also want to remain flexible and understanding of our guests' needs.

We have designed our cancellation policy to offer a fair balance between protecting our business and accommodating unforeseen circumstances that may impact your travel plans:

  1. If you need to cancel your reservation more than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, we will gladly provide a full refund.

  2. For cancellations made between 6 to 2 weeks before your arrival date, we will work closely with you to offer a booking credit equal to the value of your original booking. This credit can be applied towards alternative dates for your stay. Please note that if the rescheduled stay is more expensive than the original booking, you will be required to pay the difference.

  3. In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund or reschedule your stay.

We have carefully crafted this policy to ensure that we can continue to provide exceptional experiences for all our guests while also safeguarding our family business.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes - we will take a charge of £150 held as a security deposit. This will be collected by credit card. You will be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Do you provide cots / highchairs?

We do! We are a family business and appreciate just how important these things are. We can arrange for cots and highchairs to be set up in your lodge for arrival. All you need to do is ask prior to your arrival.

Are your lodges dog friendly?

Yes - up 2 well behaved dogs at a charge of £25 per dog for additional cleaning on top of the refundable security deposit for your stay.

Due to us being a working farm, we do ask that all dogs are kept on their lead when walking around the grounds and we ask that any mess from your dog is tidied up behind you.

What do we need to bring?

All bedding, linen and towels are provided as well as a full equiped kitchen - therefore, you don’t need to worry about bringing anything apart from yourselves and your luggage.

Are we allowed to host guests in our lodges?

Yes, of course! When you are staying in one of our lodges, for the duration of the stay, it is your home and you’re welcome to invite guests over.
